Lemony Inc. (“Lemony”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the cascadeflow website at cascadeflow.ai, the cascadeflow open-source project, and cascadeflow Studio (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Who we are

Lemony Inc. is the data controller for personal data processed through the Services.

  • Company: Lemony Inc.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and demo requests — your name, email address, company, and any message you send when you fill out a form, request a demo, or email us.
  • Account information — if you create a cascadeflow Studio account, we collect the information needed to provision and manage it (name, work email, organization, and authentication identifiers).

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — pages viewed, referring URLs, browser type, device, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected through our privacy-conscious analytics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not sell your personal data.

How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
  • respond to inquiries, demo requests, and support tickets;
  • provision and secure cascadeflow Studio accounts;
  • understand how the Services are used so we can improve them;
  • send service-related and, where you have opted in, marketing communications; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver Services you request), legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Services), consent (for optional cookies and marketing), and legal obligation.

Sharing your information

We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers — hosting, analytics, email, and infrastructure vendors who process data on our behalf under contract;
  • Legal and safety — where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public; and
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete personal information and to opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell personal data). To exercise any right, email contact@lemony.ai.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
